The RIX Tourer T50 4K LRF is an advanced digital day and night vision riflescope featuring a 4K Ultra HD sensor, an integrated 1,500-meter laser rangefinder, a 50mm F1.2 objective lens and a built-in ballistic calculator.
4K Digital Imaging System
The Rix Tourer T50 4K LRF uses a 3840 × 2160 digital sensor with a 2 μm pixel pitch and 50 Hz frame rate. This configuration provides a high-resolution image stream for daylight and night-time observation while maintaining fluid rendering as the rifle or subject moves. A 50 mm F1.2 objective gathers light for operation across changing ambient conditions. The optical system provides 3.5× base magnification, supported by digital zoom up to 28×. Its 8.2° × 4.9° field of view defines the visible area at the base magnification and supports deliberate scanning before increased digital magnification is applied.
Ranging and Ballistic Functions
An integrated laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1,500 metres with a stated accuracy of ±1 metre. Incorporating the rangefinder into the scope allows distance information to be obtained through the viewing system without a separate handheld device. The built-in ballistic calculator uses the ranging function as part of the scope’s firing solution workflow. This brings observation, measurement and ballistic calculation together in a single unit while retaining direct access to the target image. The manufacturer does not specify the calculator’s supported ballistic profiles, environmental inputs or ammunition database, so these functions should be configured and used according to the supplied operating instructions.
Display, Adjustment and Recording
A 1920 × 1080 AMOLED display presents the digital image within the eyepiece. The dioptre adjustment covers -5D to +5D, allowing the display focus to be matched to the user’s eyesight, while 48 mm eye relief provides the stated viewing distance behind the eyepiece. The T50 records MP4 video and JPG still images to 64 GB of internal storage, keeping captured material within the scope without requiring removable media. These recording functions allow footage and individual frames to be retained for later review. File resolution, recording duration and selectable recording settings are not specified by the manufacturer.
Power and Physical Construction
The scope operates from a rechargeable 21700 battery. Stated operating time is up to 6.5 hours. A 5 V USB Type-C connection is also available for external power. An IP67 rating covers resistance to dust and water ingress under the conditions defined by that classification. The scope is rated for recoil energy up to 6,000 joules. Its dimensions are 329 × 107 × 91 mm, with a stated weight of 810 g. These measurements should be considered when determining mounting position, rifle balance and available clearance around the action and controls.
